Controller and purpose

Controller: Xián Pérez Rodríguez · anxigel@gmail.com. Purpose: responding to your message.

The form does not send or save your details: it only prepares a draft in Gmail, Outlook or your email app. You decide whether to send it.

Retention

Messages are kept for up to 6 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless an ongoing professional relationship justifies keeping them longer.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing anxigel@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and storage

The application installs no cookies or analytics tools. Progress is saved by default in localStorage (xian-delight-v1); you can disable or clear it in Achievements. xian-delight-preference keeps your choice not to save it. These details are not sent to a server. Language is kept in the URL.

sessionStorage temporarily keeps arcade mode (xian-arcade-session), arrival at a case (xian-mission-arrival), the entry state (xian-rooms-intro-v1) and a replay request (xian-rooms-replay). The intro is inserted only on Home when played. None of these features stores the form fields.

Hosting and services you choose to open

This publication uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver and protect the website. The Cloudflare technical cookie __cf_bm was detected for protection against automated traffic. Its usual lifetime is 30 minutes and it is managed by the hosting service. These are not analytics installed by the portfolio. The application’s fonts, images and scripts are served from the site itself.

Google Gmail and Microsoft Outlook receive the draft only when you choose to open it there. LinkedIn and Google Drive open when you select their links. Hosting and these providers apply their own policies, including any relevant international transfers.
